Meditation  mindfulness  and relaxation practices are a great way to relieve stress and practice self-care. By being more fully present and relaxed in our daily lives, a greater sense of peace and comfort can take place. Learning how to meditate can relieve a lot of symptoms.

Stress, Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, Grief/loss, GI discomfort, Fatigue, High blood pressure, Heart conditions
